Things we now know about Marko Dano

- will be a 1st line winger
- will be a 50-70 point player that is a beast on the PP
- will have a higher career high in points than Ladd (63 points)
- by NO means projects to be a 3rd liner
- wouldn't trade him straight up for Drouin
- Drouin has maybe a little more talent than Dano (but not much)
- has waaaay more pure skill than a Gallagher
- Danos iq and skillset is elite
- his vision is top notch
- his skill set is phenomal
- he is a very elusive player with great stick skills and vision
- is a point producer, very consistently. And this is proven over time
- will have a Marchessault like revival

With Vesalainen gone now, and Petan seemingly claiming a bottom six spot, Dano is destined for the press box while Lemieux could use a long stay with the Moose.

Hated losing this guy. Glad he's back. Maybe some time in the AHL would be beneficial. Play, get his mojo going and then come back up and earn some more icetime.

He has barely played any hockey in the last year. Dude is still young and needs games. He's not a write-off by any means. Serviceable depth.

Hes pretty much done at this point. He'll play out the season on the Moose and if hes lucky get a contract in FA as a depth option for another team. More likely he heads back to Europe.

The guy that the Jets miss IMO is Armia. He fit in with Lowry like egg goes well with ham. This is a ho hum pick up.
Jets are way to deep to be missing a solid role player like armia tbh. As long as wheeler, shciefele, laine, ehlers, connor and buff, trouba, morrisey are healthy the jets will be looking forward to a high intense second round series against the predators.

What's so funny is until now I had zero clue he was on waivers. I sort of knew this was going to happen though, but I do find it funny that he was playing against us like a few weeks ago. But I believe if he ends up with the right team after some time with the Moose he could be a much better player.
