Could we possibly get another amazing performance by the Jets like we did last time we played these guys? Yes I think we can.

Bones has instilled a solid enough system and everyone plays short shifts which I love. On top of that the 3rd and 4th lines see the ice regularly.

Hopefully big nose from the Big Smoke plays tonight and he loses his cool for the 34th time as a pro.

The Blues are playing under 500 and reportedly suffering low morale and a fractured dressing room. Yet they finished up a road trip by pumping in 7 against the Islanders. I fear this one could go either way.

I hope the new, motivated Jets hit the ice without their old bad habits and show their coach another fast, focused performance. As somebody noted above, these divisional games are twice as valuable. The points we can bank now will help protect us when the inevitable slump hits the team in the new year.

On a personal note, I live with someone who has a major hate for Binnington (no, I don't know why, just one of those guy things) and has invited friends over to watch us crush the Blues. If the goalie doesn't start, he's going to be disappointed. And if Binnington's in and the Blues win, it'll be total Sulk City here for at least a week. Another big reason I'm hoping the Jets win.
