Well, camp wasn't the greatest but here's to him taking a step forward and improving on his rookie season.

So, if hes not gonna play more than 12 minutes a night tonight, hes jsut not gonna get the ice-time. Its sad, Julien is a terrible coach.

He's still got some kinks to work out, but he looks much improved this year again. He's going to be really good once he fills out and adds more pace to his game.

Thought he was the best Habs forward tonight.

I'd give it to Drouin personally, but their line was really making things happen. KK was handling the puck and moving a lot better. Very implicated in the play.

I miss the time when a rookie was playing 12 minute and we could have blamed Desharnais....:D

He knows how to create an extra half second for himself or for his linemates to break away from their check.

He has a great understanding of time and space.

He really does. He thinks the game very well. I'm happy he's gotten better at getting open for passes too, but he still has some work to do with his timing. Both for passes, pass receptions and positioning himself to cut off lanes/switch positions and for puck battles along the boards. Everything is progressing though.

I like his long strides and how his stick seems like a magnet on the puck. Can you imagine if he gets to 210-215lbs ? He'll be one of the toughest guys to play against.
