can anyone tell me what to expect from him as an NHLer? looking at his WHL stats, and now his 1 year in the AHL, it seems like he has the offensive tools to be a good pp dman in the NHL... can anyone tell me more about him, and when he might be ready to make the jump to the big show with the Oilers.... on his HF profile it says that he might be able to fight for a top 6 job as early as this season (lockout permitting)

thanx in advance for any info provided

Woywitka should make the Oilers this year, at least as the #7 guy. I see his upside as a 3-4 dman, 2nd pairing PP leader.

Woywitka is pretty simple. No amazing assets but no weaknesses. A solid NHLer.

I could see his upside as high as Wade Redden but a less physical Dan McGillis is more realistic.
