Here's an interview I did with Jay Feaster discussing growing hockey in Tampa Bay. Say what you will about his later years as a GM, Feaster is still a very sharp man and his team is doing wonders down here in Florida to help grow the game.

Good to see that he landed on his feet in Tampa though. Good interview BTW, He seems a little bit more humble now that he is out of hockey ops.

When he arrived in Calgary that line of questioning about his lack of hockey background was a bit awkward. I think he seemed genuinely surprised that people were harping on it. He was a cup-winning GM and he was having to defend his membership in the business.

He had some bad moves, but he had some excellent ones as well. Not as bad as everyone makes him out to be.

Glad that you enjoyed the interview. Feaster was a great guy to talk with and he is doing some fantastic work here in Tampa. Not sure how he was as a GM but he was very humble for this interview.
