He’s a lock in our top-4 D. Johns probably isn’t going to play again and I don’t see Harley or another youngster moving into the top-4 until maybe the following season.

He had a pretty good playoffs and will start the season as a lock in the top 4. He's also UFA at the end of next season. No point in trading him right now . Next year will be used to evaluate if the playoffs was a fluke or if playing with Heiskanen really made him this much better and he might be worth a longer term investment.

Don't see any reason for the Stars to move him and there's literally no one currently on the team who can replace what he brings. He's been a good partner for Heiskanen

I was quite surprised when we got him back how he starting using his huge frame more. That was always the knock on him here in Dallas. It looks like moving to Pitt did wonders for him.

This guy had a killer series against us in the playoffs IMO. I don't see why the Stars part with him unless it's a very clear upgrade.

With Stephen Johns not able to play anymore, I see no reason to move him. If Johns was fine and playing with Heiskanen.. then maybe you could flip him for an upgrade in the forward group instead of having him as your 5-6.
