Increases our chances for Wright considerably.
Probably rotator cuff. Guessing he’ll need surgery.
Hilarious.I think Yzerman's off season moves + the addition of Seider and improving Zadina negates that.
Probably because it's the most common shoulder injury. Who knows, it could just be a stinger.Really makes no sense to speculate what part of the shoulder is the problem, but can you explain why you think rotator cuff is the most likely culprit?
Edit: It appears I was wrong, that rule was not implemented yet last year.Increases our chances for Wright considerably.
Especially since Buffalo can’t win again.
Forgot about that but is that in affect now?
Showing up out of shape is a good way to accomplish that. Not saying that's what happened but....how do you hurt yourself 10 minutes into practice. it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
the silver lining is it opens room for Raymond/Berggren/Veleno.
Keep our fingers crossed this isn't long term.He got injured in one of those European tournaments playing together with Zadina. Don't know if it's related
Correct, and even if it had started last year, they capped it to two lotteries per five years, so Buffalo would still have a shot.I didn't think that started until this year.
I hope it's nothing serious and Vrana heals soon.
Also, I think once all the dust settles in the next two or three weeks, we should redo the 'how many points will the Wings finish with' thread.
They will have Bertuzzi for more games than last year and even if Vrana is out for a long time, they got Suter, plus made significant improvements on the defensive end. Still, I have them like 10 points lower than initial estimates pending the Bertuzzi-Vrana outcomes.
