The AFC South might not be the best division next year (I know, I'm really going out on a limb there), but it might be the most interesting. The Texans have a team again, Luck is presumably healthy, Jacksonville is on the rise, and Tennessee getting some help for Mariota is going to be fun to watch.

Was this something that they tried to see could heal before opting for surgery? Or was it a recent injury?

I don't know when this happened but he didn't look right against the Pats.

Medical staff for the Texans can't allow Watt to rush himself and come back before he is healed.

Makes little sense to risk the final 14 games of the season to rush back by game 2. Heal and be a dominate player for 13/14 games rather than be hobbled throughout the season.

They didn't listen to you.

Nah he had 14 sacks as a true soph. He has the tools but he never developed any kind of pass rush skillset. You can't win on pure speed and athleticism in the NFL very often.

Hardy's story about Someone Slipped It in My Wallet is smarter than the way Watts handled his rehab. JJ was doing one legged squats in the hospital after his surgery, he wouldn't listen to anyone about his rehab, and he'll never be the same player he was again.

Clowney better step it the F up then and prove he's not a bust.

AT least This will give a chance for the Von Millers of the league to win DPOY.
