I sometimes think about having Mercer shift to wing when Hughes is back but I don’t know. He looks incredible out there at C. I think it’s clear you just let that ride and roll with 3 good lines.

Is it just me or is Ruff double shifting Vesey. He was on Hischier line and now is on McLeod line.

Leads forwards in ice time.

I think he’s taking some shifts for Holtz in the 3rd because they have a big lead. Makes sense, he’s very defensively responsible. I really love how he’s played this year.

I don't mind it when we're protecting the lead, he deserves the ice time with all the hustle and heart he's been playing with
