Blazing onto the prospect rankings is former 5th overall selection Michael Dal Colle, coming in just below the undrafted free agent. Unwanted by Peter Chiarelli, Dal Colle has the benefit of a fresh regime change but seems to be getting bad grades for his hockey ability from all paying attention. Surprisingly, "Michael Dal Colle 2017-18 highlights" isn't giving me any youtube videos, so here are his 2013-14 highlights. Think back to 2013, when the Harlem Shake was blowing up social media, and Dal Colle was the guy we wanted over Nylander & Ehlers.

Ross Johnston has been added to the poll with 8 "add" votes. Other prospects receiving votes:

Eansor - 2
Kyygier - 1
Pastujov - 1

I voted for Cockerill. I don't think he has the highest upside but he looks like he can become a really solid third liner at some point. Add Eansor. Also, our prospect pool looks really solid right now. Salo, Koivula, Mirageas, Jenkins and others all look solid and have still not been ranked.

PS. That's it for me for two months. I'm not posting here or reading this forum until the season has started. Please ban my account if I do. DS.

whats his story? some good goal scoring entering the AHL but he is another short guy

He's a pretty quick and heady little plugger who can be quite a nice buzzsaw.

Every organization needs players like this, even if to just fill in on the farm and keep things competitive there for the more high-flight talent coming through.

I don't know if he'll ever have a shot at the NHL, but he's got that "Little Engine that could" mentality.

I'm rooting for him.
