Coming in at #15 is our first undrafted free agent, Yannick Rathgeb! Rathgeb put up some interesting numbers playing against men in Switzerland's top league, putting up points and penalty minutes.

Logan Cockerill has been added to the poll with 14 "add" votes. Other prospects receiving votes:

Johnston - 5

MDC (I think he is really being underrated at this point) add Scott Eansor (running out of names!)

I really like Rathgeb's potential.

I am gonna keep voting for my man Koivula, don't really consider Johnston a prospect so I dont see the need to add anybody

I believe other prospects who haven't been mentioned but the Islanders still own the draft rights to:

1. Andong Song
2. Peter Hansson
3. Collin Adams
4. Nick Pastujov
5. Christian Krygier

If there's any I'm missing (or have wrong) lemme know.

Also funny that Koivula hasn't cracked the list yet but one of the guys who does rankings on the Prospects board has him as our 5th best prospect. That's a pretty big gap. I personally just don't see how he could slot anywhere near our top-5, but then again I've seen very little of him.

I am very high on Koivula who imo is so low because of the league he plays in

I think top five is too high right now, but I strongly considered him as a top 10 prospect for us before these polls and when I saw just how deep our system is. I’m predicting that this time next year, Koivula will be in the top 10 fairly easily, most likely in the 7-10 range.

I am just worried he gets lost in the shuffle. The guy is an offensive player, he needs top six time in the Bridge, and we have alot of forwards atm

I’m pretty sure he can and most likely will stay in Finland for now. I’d give him a year or two more over there and then bring him over. He’s still only 19.

Can he sign an ELC and remain in his current league? I was under the perhaps false impression that he was headed to Bridgeport

These Dal Colle votes are sympathy votes.

No way he should be higher than Golyshev, Easnor, or Miregas

I’m almost certain he can, and I’m pretty sure his ELC doesn’t kick in until the 2019/2020 season because it slides since he signed when he was 19. Someone can correct me if I, wrong though.
