Yes It's what J-P Boily, the president of Québec's team said. The 5 official teams supposelly all have a deal for an arena (or stadium).

According to Sportscentre, it's official. Vancouver is the founder's franchise that picked Bertuzzi in the first round of the draft. They will play their games at GM Place.

the risk of having fans who behave equal to the leafs fans was too big.
