I think so but want to see public opinion. He is elite at face offs and plays a good shutdown game, though he has essentially no offense whatsoever.
He has had all the opportunity with the Lightning now. He'll likely get around 75-100 more nhl games in for the rest of his career. Career ahl player at this point. He would have more success in Sweden or Switzerland than the khl.
He has done well in his time with the Bolts though. I'd honesty take him over Paquette right now, no question. (Pre-injuries Paquette no)
I just believe there are better depth centers league wide and soon enough there will be better options to the Bolts prospects.

Indeed I did start this thread.he really isn't that good at shutting down people. I wouldn't call it good it's more average if anything. I only saw him play like 5-10 times last year maybe I didn't catch good games but calling him good would mean above average, which I doubt he was in the games I saw him. 13/14th forward but not NHL caliber. Good faceoff guy though but I doubt he sticks in the big league. I don't even have to look who started the thread to know who did by the title though lol.

I think he played very well last season, and deserves an NHL spot moving forward.
he's going to be 27 in a month and he has pretty much zero offense and is 5'9. He has to be above average at shutting down/defense to be NHL caliber. I doubt there's more than 3 teams he'd start for (if any)
