IO Cable on Long Island - DVR'd last two NBC games....no sound.....anybody else?

I've DVR'd ( multi room dvr system ) the last to Ranger playoff games and both times, there was no sound. The first game against pitt, the commercials were without sound, but the game had sound. Last nights game, no sound at all......not a single sound.

Anybody else? Cablevision said they dont know why.....go figure.
