Always a bunch of injuries happening ahead of the tournament. Let's list 'em:

Canada
LW Alex Formenton (2017, 47th OTT) - Knee injury, out of the tournament.

Czech Republic
LW/RW Filip Zadina (2018, 6th, DET) - Lower body injury in last night's AHL game. Will not travel with CZE team to begin with.

Finland
RW Niklas Nordgren (2018, 74th, CHI) - Upper body injury, not traveling with Finland to Canada. Might join later.

Sweden
D Timothy Liljegren (2017, 17th, TOR) - High ankle sprain, listed week-to-week.

Big outch! for the Czechs. I was looking forward to see Zadina.

To bad to see all these injuries. Zadina from the Czechs would be a big loss though if he can't play.
