Question why must always a Heads roll when you miss the Playoffs? Sorry but the League getting better and better from year to year and more better young player are comeing into the Season. Also the steady raise of the Cap allows also the Teams getting better and better.
I would find it better from Season, who really think and work on the holes who keep us away from the PO. Last Season the offens depth and top 6 was the bigger Question, this Season the Goalie Postion and possible Injuries on Loungo are the bigger Question for the PO.

If you wanna get 100% into the PO you better have no Question open, so aslong those Question and holes are there, no head should role. But when you have a Team without a hole and miss then the PO then Personal question will come up.
