Speculation: How will the goalie pad changes impact Crow?

Athletic goalies will still get to the pucks that many positional goalies can't get to. I think the article is right on. I reckon that tall positional goalies will be impacted the most, hence will have to make the biggest adjustments in their game. That includes Crawford to some degree, however, it is the real lanky goalies that may need some time to adapt. It will be interesting to see the impact on individual netminders to begin the season but I think most if not all of them will adapt pretty quickly.

yea, when I posted that I was thinking about pad height the wrong way. i thought it meant what is actually pad width(i was thinking about it from the perspective of a goalie in the butterfly).
