Who knows?

I'm sure he would have had fewer than he will end up with, but he deserves credit for the outstanding season he's having.

He would currently have, and finish with exactly one less point than McDavid would have in the same situation. :sarcasm:

Going by the Karlsson logic he would be sharing less pucks with good players and therfore score more points.. I remember that is a why Karlsson gets points.

There isn't much of a difference going from Johnson and Point to Nuge and Draisaitl. Only difference would be him getting more ice time. Whether that would give him more points or less who knows.

Well, he wouldn't be playing with RNH and Drai at the same time. He would be playing with one of them and a scrub winger. He'd also have d-men who are much worse at moving the puck to get the puck from but would get more ice time.

If there was no McDavid to play with, he'd still probably be a top 10-20 scorer. He'd still have a good C but wouldn't have a great support on his LW nor on PP.
