I predicted 42 but "50ish if he gets to play with Matthews". I thought Matthews would be close to Eichel's first year. So glad to be wrong about all these kids. I can't wait to see them next year. Except for Jeff Skinner most super rookies are good for a 20% scoring bump in year two.

I like how you were the one trying to temper expectations, and then you are also the one to go to the main boards and talk about how great our rookies and in particular Mitch Marner is.

I couldn't be more happy to be wrong. Even though I'm not wrong by that much. Marner absolutely destroyed the OHL last year, I should've seen him putting up 60+.
