He needs to slow down considerably not to hit 100. I just don’t see it. He is dominant and plays with great players.

I want 100+ but voted 95-99.

I would be surprised if he doesn’t break 90 the way he’s playing. (Barring no injuries of course)

100-110. What a ****ing stud of a player.

Boy, I'm happy Detroit fans got to see him absolutely dangling last night.
f***ed up that he had, what like a 4 point night or something, and could of had a lot more!

He's breaking 100 this year, I wouldn't be surprised to see him at 105-110ish.

Gaudreau over the past 45 games is scoring at a 1.47 pts/game pace which would give him 47 goals and 120 pts.
However for the past 20 games he's scoring at a 1.9 pts/game pace.
He could conceivably score 50+ goals and 130+ pts this year.

He would need 24 goals and 64 points in 37 games to teach that. Sure, it’s conceivable but I’d be shocked if he did it.

1.9 pts per game for the last 20 games
0.85 goals per game for the last 20 games.
... not a statistical abnormality as the sample size is large enough (almost half the season)

.85 goals/game x 37 games = 31 goals
1.9 pts/game x 37 games = 70 pts

Its not like Gaudreau has never played like this before. His whole life people have been underestimating what he can accomplish. The only difference is that now he's finally doing it against NHL competition.

A very well known hockey player (who knows a thing or two about winning... and no... its not K Lowe) told Gaudreau that he has the talent and capability to become the Art Ross winner. This might be the year.

He isn’t carrying 1.9 ppg for rest of the season. No chance.

If he gets 100+ points that will be amazing still.

If I've learned anything its don't underestimate what Johnny Hockey is capable of.

He clearly has the talent to win it. So do a few other players though.

No one in the league is clearly another tier above the top 5 in scoring.

... at least not since Gretzky and Lemieux played.
