I'd probably do at least 10. It was intentional, he has a history, and you have to discourage use of skate blades, or this could get super dangerous.

Personally think any sort of "kick" should be 10+, but I voted 6-10 because I don't have much faith in the DoPS to really drop the hammer when there's no injury involved.

Kassian is a repeat offender, with a suspension just last month

He should be nearer the Simon suspension. His skate kick was much worse, and he is a repeat offender pretty much like Chris Simon was
