Actually surprised/impressed to see Seth Jones even sniffing this list.
As for the question, Makar.
Yeah the stat where there was ‘8’ ppg season. I don’t even count makar or letangs. Way easier to put up log in a 35-50 game stretch than a full 82For me PPG, while it is an accomplishment, is not that impressive unless the player plays at least 75 games. I would be more impressed with a D who cracks 82 points in a season.
3/4 the way done, we are down to just 3:
Josi: 69 points in 58 games
Makar: 66 points in 57 games
Fox: 61 points in 57 games
Looks like there are going to be quite of few wrong votes.
I mean, Fox only has 5 less points than Makar in the same games, he's not in that tier?Think it’ll be Josi and Makar who end up doing it this year. They’ve been in a tier of their own offensively this year.
What a tear Josi has been on lately. 26 points in his last 15 games - 16 points in his last 7.3/4 the way done, we are down to just 3:

Makar: 66 points in 57 games

Indeed, those numbers are insane. What a tear Josi has been on lately. 26 points in his last 15 games - 16 points in his last 7.
No, the arbitrary cutoff between Makar and everyone else, is how many points Makar has at the time of writing.I mean, Fox only has 5 less points than Makar in the same games, he's not in that tier?
I think with the goal scoring level that Josi and Makar have been on has separated them from Fox this season. Overall I don't think there's a huge gap though.I mean, Fox only has 5 less points than Makar in the same games, he's not in that tier?
Fair enoughI think with the goal scoring level that Josi and Makar have been on has separated them from Fox this season. Overall I don't think there's a huge gap though.
