How Disney uses forced perspective

I watched this a few years ago and they are not alone in how they use it to make certain building or objects in their parks look bigger or closer etc. It is pretty darn cool how are eyes and brain view the world. I have always found it amazing that we actually see in the past at all times due to the millisecond between when our eyes take in an image and it heads to the brain.
