Prout needs to play his way back into the roster imo

Naw, he's got to go in whenever he can. He's our ONLY defensive d man. We need to find a way to get another defenseman like him. Not to mention with Boll out he's even more valuable to us.

Bob and Horton can not get on the ice soon enough.

Im excited to finally see how he looks with this team. But if we want a chance at competing and keeping up with the pack, JK needs to bring in a replacement for Gaborik if we plan on keeping pace with the playoff race

Nathan Horton will make his #CBJ debut vs #Coyotes. Bobrovsky expected to dress as a backup and Prout could play too in #NHL action tonight

Lets not throw Horton on the firstl ine until he's in game shape and until he gets some chemistry, ok?

Agreed. Maybe he'll surprise us, but I'd give him some protected minutes at the start and then move him up the lineup based on how he looks and how his conditioning is holding up.

Nathan Horton is not a rookie that needs to be eased in. He's a 9 year vet.

If he's ready to go, he should be ready TO GO.

This, although he could easily be moved around. Horton definitely needs to be thrown around to see where he gels. Just because he's on the "first" line doesn't mean he'll see first line minutes.

I AGREE!

Foligno - Johansen - Horton
Anisimov - Dubinsky - Atkinson

This was my thinking as well, though you could also make a case for RJ in on the 2nd line with Anisimov moving down to center the 3rd.

Exactly. If he isn't ready to play on the 1st line then he isn't ready to play, IMO.
