Sign-up
-To join post in this thread the team you'd like to manage
-You MUST be active to play this game
-If you are inactive you can be fired at any time

Commissioners
Main Commissioner: HockeyRulez

Agent Commissioner: Mohaj

Salary Cap
-$64,300,000M
-You have to stay under the cap at all times
-Any trades that put you over will be vetoed
-Use CapGeek to find players salaries and NTCs and NMCs

Trades
-All trades must be sent and approved by HockeyRulez
-The league won't approve any bad trades so don't try it
-Any trade not sent will be vetoed
-All deals involving NTCs or NMCs MUST be sent to and confirmed by 2 out of 3 commissioners before being announced, or it will be vetoed. Include the full trade and a reason why the player(s) will waive to be traded
-It will be announced when trading is allowed

Waivers
-If you'd like to place a player on waivers, post the player name and contact in this thread
-Claiming players will be on a first come first serve basis
-Teams will have 1 day to claim a player off the wire before he clears.
-Once a player is placed on waivers, he cannot be taken out until he clears
-If you claim a player and he puts you over the cap, it will be vetoed and the player will stay on waivers for the remaining time

Free Agency
-To re-sign or sign a UFA or RFA you must contact the Agent Commissioner
-Just because you made the first or highest offer for a free agent doesn't mean he will sign with you.
-Each team gets 2 offersheets

Other Rules
-I will make separate threads for Rosters, Trades, and Free Agency
-Keep track of your team and make sure to keep your roster and trade block updated
-If a player is out for the season due to injury, he can't be added to your roster and won't count against your cap
-I've been in a lot of GM games so I know how they work, the times of making bad trades and getting away with it are
over so don't try to make stupid trades cause I wont allow it
-If you have any questions you can ask me
-Have fun and enjoy it

REPORT: M Moulson Ale is back!
Ready to take GM position in St. Louis

Today at 10 a.m., M Moulson Ale will become the official GM of the St. Louis Blues. This is his first stint since he was GM of the Colorado Avalanche. "It's taken me 1.5 GM games to get here," said Ale. "I thought my hiatus would last for awhile but I motivated myself to get back to doing what I love." According to reports, he has yet to decide to take a rebuilding or winning approach.

UPDATE: Ale also retires as the Jersey Maker, saying there are some technical issues.

We could consider a dispersal draft of PHX and FLR again. I'd offer to run it (properly). 2 rounds, snake-order, random order assignment with a timestamp, no draft restrictions.

Id perfer not to do a dispersal draft this time. I felt getting OEL from the DD cheapend my roster. I mean, i was glad to take him, but it feels like I cheated a bit, since i didnt have to trade for him.

Also the DD cheapens it for some people. People like Pittsburgh could get 1st and get Yandle and A team needing just that one piece like say St.Louis could get 30th and get a plug.

I say either leagve em there and let people get them if everyone else is taken, or eliminate them and make all players UFAs, giving everyone a shot at them equally.

Oh, and dont expand the cap either, keep er at 64.3
