Yeah...I was being sarcastic. Obviously any rookie that is at an almost .6 ppg/50 pt season is going to be in the conversation for the Calder.

Does he have some glaring weaknesses? Sure. But he's also less than 15 games into his NHL career.

Yeah I know, I don't disagree with that. He has some great and some other bad attributes. It's hard to guess what he's gonna end up being but he's very weak and doesn't seem to know how to avoid getting taken out. He can surely improve on those things since they are probably the easiest things to learn as they are almost purely based on commitment. I'm curious on how he's going to develop but he sure is an interesting player to follow!
