The illusion of choice. The fact that without the chose your own adventure component it's a fairly weak story, the fact that you could just endlessly loop if you think there's something you should have done instead etc.

I accepted the job offer at the start and was so confused when I looped back. That pissed me off right from the start. For that reason, I feel like that’s the only proper ending to the story anyways lol
