WE WERE WRONG, Lean Bergmann is now signed by Winnipeg Jets.

"Players in North American leagues are eligible for three drafts, while players in European or other leagues are eligible for four drafts".

If a player plays in both North America and Europe during their draft years, it's where they played their first year of draft eligibility to determine if it's 3 or 4 years.
