No waivers until the season starts apparently.

Just to clarify...

Waivers are still in effect right now but they are entirely optional. You can try to "release" players by placing them on waivers and hoping that a team will claim them, but you don't have to waive players to assign them to the AHL until the start of the season. Vanilla meant to just send Smith and Bellemare to the AHL rather than waiving them so we'll roll with that.
