RIP. I knew he had an important role in HF but did not know he was the driving force here. He has left a good legacy. Condolences to his family and to Wally and Fenway as well.

I'm not on as regularly as I used to be and never posted much, but God I have always enjoyed what this board has brought to me in terms of news, laughs and the back and forth between members. RIP Joe and best wishes to his friends and family. My father recently lost his sister and brother within a month of each other and while the services were difficult, it was also a mini family reunion where we were able to share lots of stories and good times. Hopefully Joe's family has the same experience and can take solace that he's in a better place.

Damn saw the header on HF and I googled. "Buffaloed HF" and this thread came up.

HF is one of my most frequented sites as much as I hate to admit it. Thank You for giving me and the like minded a place to rage about our hockey addiction.
