Does anyone deserve to be higher/lower based in the rookie tourney.

Arguably could swap Khaira and Chase.

Oesterle should probably get a few more votes.

He has fewer votes than a guy like Zharkov who has basically fallen off the earth in the KHL.

Yakimov has arguably leapfrogged Klefbom/Maricin in how highly regarded he likely is on HFOil. I think a strong main camp and exhibition games could put him right up there with Nurse/Draisaitl.

Tkachev in the top 20 now is probably almost a given as he's the flavour of the moment... but he hasn't even been signed so obviously we have to hold off on our praise... if he ends up with another club he's clearly too small and will bust.
