There's several guys on the NHL roster with ELC's.

I use HF's criteria which is under 65 NHL games played. I made exceptions for McDavid and Davidson as I doubt anyone considers them prospects.

Benson was a predicted to go first round though.

I do rank Paigin high since the KHL isn't juniors either.

But Benson didnt go first round.

He was injured almost all of last season. And he plays against 18 year olds.

Paigin plays vs men and was an all star. Seems like an easy choice.
