Going with Davidson.. Best Dman on Barons last year even when Nurse was on the squad.
Didnt look out of place in his stint with the Oilers..
He will be giving our bottom pairing glut of Dmen a run for their money at the training camp and will eventually be an NHLer down the road..
Cant say the same about anyone else left on the list.

Khaira would be my other choice..

Chase outside of his antics is a dime a dozen player.

I went with Laleggia based on the skill set, I know size will be a factor, but I think his skating could compensate.

I too went with Laleggia. He probably has had the best career path to date of all of the remaining prospects. He isn't without question marks as you said, but could become a huge offensive contributor from the backend.

Went with LaLeggia, his offensive potential from the D is massive, but I'm okay with Chase winning the poll as well.

Went with Pitlick. The rest are longshots to ever play a game with the Oilers. Pitlick might play 20 games this year and still has some room to grow (if he can ever stay healthy).

Could he be this year's Lander?

Lander generated offense at the AHL level and now seems to have found a way to do it at an NHL level. Pitlick has never generated significant offense at any level. I like him as a player and he has qualities that the Oilers need, but if he can stay healthy he'll be a 4th liner. Lander's at least a tier ahead.

Voted LaLeggia. Highest ceiling.

I like the goalie, personally. I think he could pass Brossoit as the top netminder in the system before the end of the year.

He has put up great numbers everywhere he's been, including last year in his first pro season in a good league. He's also close to the exact same age as Brossoit (<2 months older).

If Brossoit is the 6th best prospect, then I'd put Laurikainen at 7.
