The HFNHL Red Wings have decided to part ways with GM Zac Niece today. This will mark the first time I franchise history that a Niece will not be at the helm of the RedWings. However due to the success of the Wings rebuild going from 3rd last to 16th last this year. The Oilers who are in shambles, scooped the former Wings GM up right away.

The Oilers are a roster in shambles, an in the middle of a rather long rebuild after massive GM turn over. So bringing in a veteran GM willing to tough out the hard times is huge for the Oilers.

Right off the hop let's talk untouchables

Jesper Wallstadt
David Jirecek
Marco Rossi
First till I decide to trade one which could be a long time.

Hard to move
Any noteable prospects(haven't deep dives enough into the whole pool yet)
Payton Krebs
Mattias Samuelsson

Anyone not listed can be talked about including the post 1st rounders though we are not trading them for roster players/prospects but rather maybe packaging to move up or down in the drafts. We are FULL rebuild here, an all moves will be for this purpose of securing picks/prospects to help the build along. We are willing to take on deadweight contracts for a price.
