Starting Now, I will be accepting 2nd round offers for the remaining unsigned UFA, RFA and UDFA players in the HFNHL.
Please be sure to follow the same format as the first round, with all of the rules found here.

Just as a heads up to bidding teams, there are several players listed as free agents in the HFNHL that are not eligible to be signed because they are retired or have gone to Europe. Just make sure that before you offer, make sure that they played in North America last year, haven't signed in Europe for next year, and have not retired.
Any RFA's not signed (through offer sheet or resigning) will go through the arbitration process following this round of free agency.
Offers are due to me by Sunday, September 10 at 11:59PM EST.
