Idk when he should go but Dawson Mercer was a top-10 talent in the 2020 draft prior to his last season

Going with him here as I think he has some of the best tools of the names I know on here

The Next 11 in this order:
Krebs
Liljegren
Denisenko
Heinola
Harley
Berggren
Tomasino
Frost
Formenton
Tippett
Beckman
Just Missing: Bean, Merkley, Bjornfot, Amirov, Holloway, Foudy, Veleno,

Just missing and the bottom few are very very close, and no wrong order imo.

Lotta good options just missing my list
Ryan Merkley had 76 points in 60 games. Defense and character concerns are there but he might be the one of the most talented offensive dman prospect.
Rodion Amirov was just MVP of the Karjala Cup, and is doing very well in the KHL for his age.
Tobias Bjornfot looked good in his cup of tea, and is projected to be a good two way dman.
Liam Foudy is a phenomenal skater, and did look out of place in the Nhl.
Joseph Veleno had a decent first year in the Ahl, and an excellent WJC. Should be a good center at the next level.
Dylan Holloway: Just drafted 14th overall after a good NCAA freshman season.
Jake Bean: Talk about an underrated prospect, this is one. He just had 48 points in 55 games as a dman in the ahl. He is just stuck behind an abundance of good dman in Carolina (Slavin, Hamilton, Pesce, Skjei, Gardiner, Fleury, Ryan, etc)

Shows you many players deserve to be on the list, and various different orders are acceptable.

Liljegren then Krebs.

It’s crazy how much Tolvanen has fallen, I thought after his 2018 Olympics he would have been a sure fire NHLer by now. Then again there were no NHLers there but he looked like a star in the making.
