I don't want to hear any of that 'Yeah but North Division'

If it was as simple as the division, then why is he the only one that hit 100? Heck, he plays with the reigning Hart Trophy winner who isn't even close to 100 and he's awesome in his own right.

Matthews, Marner, Schiefele, Gaudreau, Boeser......... if the North was really so bad, THEY would also be hitting 100.

If the North was indeed as bad as we make it out to be, Josh Anderson would be on 90 points. But he's not.

Also, have you seen some other bad teams?

McDavid would do unspeakable things to PHI, NJD, BUF

You know deep down McDavid and Draisitl would be drooling at the thought of getting to play Carter Hart twice. and that's worse than any goaltending situation in the North.

Canucks and Oilers actually have a bit of history acknowledging each others big milestones. When Smyth retired his last game was against the Canucks and they all came out on the ice to shake his hand. When the Sedins retired their last game was against the Oilers and the Oilers all stayed out to shake their hands. Not sure if any other teams have this?

With Ottawa's recent resurgence and their non-Oilers record this season......... McDavid's big games against the Sens look more impressive in hindsight

When the Sedins retired their last game was against the Oilers and the Oilers all stayed out to shake their hands. Not sure if any other teams have this?

I think the Flames team initiated handshaking the Canucks for Linden's last game in 2008. Pretty sure it was Iginla's idea, obviously. Guy has class.

its so annoying, some nights teams can literally jet ski holding onto McDavid with no calls....then randomly some nights they actually call it.

It was Iginla. . Flames were leaving the ice and Iginla stopped them all and organized them to show their respect to Linden.

Always liked Iginla despite being a rival but that cemented what an absolute class act that guy is
