I am not expecting him to get 40+ anymore, but you don't think 30 goals, especially in how much scoring is up is seriously out of the question? I think it might be the new coach they got, but whatever happens, Ovechkin lost a ton of goals in the past. He lost a prime season due to the lockout, he lost half of another prime season due to another lockout, he missed half of a season due to Covid, and some of the next season as well because of covid. If he was able to play these games, good chance the record would've already been broken or might be twenty-away worse case.
