McDavid has established position in front of the defender with the puck using his superior speed. It's on the defender to not commit the infraction at that point. If they had the speed or skill to do it, they could push through McDavid cutting in with his left arm, but they pull on it instead because they can't keep up or use their stick effectively. That should be called.

Haha. Sportsnet just showed the tug by Dunn that OEL didn't do on Monday. Pretty clear difference.
