Buffalo pulls the highest ratings of any team in the NHL. More ratings equals more spent on ads, equal revenue. NBC is running a business.

I would much rather see Vegas/Bolts though.

McAvoy looked equally poised a year ago, was really impressive.
Watching Keller and McAvoy on the same team last year during the WJC and the NCAA tournament was a treat.
