That happened in the Preds/Habs game 2-3 weeks ago too. Although in that instance it was a puck hitting Jokinen in the face, originally called a high stick penalty.

I've NEVER seen them let a guy out of the box.

I think they got the call right in the end. Both could have been called for tripping, but both would have been very weak calls. Still weird to see them reverse it.
