I'm finally going with Wingerli here, although the more I look at him the more I think he's going to really surprise us. It's just hard to compare him apples to apples with our own drafted prospects.

Add Aman. I don't think either of the remaining two are worth much of anything as prospects, but hey, that's what we've got left.

I have been voting Zhuravylov for a while now. He looked great in WJC years ago and has been playing KHL. Wingerli probably is a short term thing if he is even good enough to play in the NHL.

I just wonder if he's ever going to come over. He'd probably be a fringe D on our team, and I highly doubt he wants to spend any time in the AHL. Since the Avs really can't afford to make room for him on the bottom pair it just seems like a poor fit between player and team for the foreseeable future.

His first WJC was better than his second, he couldn’t handle top pair duties as a 19 yo returning player. I appreciate Z is a tenured pro and all that but I think we are just chasing Anton Lindholm here. I hope he at least gets a look in NA but I don’t think there’s much ceiling there.
