Tier 4 starts now and goes until our pick at 13.

Yakemchuk, Parekh, and Silayev were all in the mix for me. I just can’t ignore all the different abilities Yak brings to the table.

Helenius for me. Like how his game projects to RW where we only really have Boldy inked in for the future, the forwards I like in the system(and remaining in this "tier") project better to LW or C in my opinion. I do factor need in the same tier to a degree, 6-10 are ranked based on this for me as I think they're interchangeable(Helenius, Iginla, Lindstrom, and Yakemchuk).
