I think almost all of your "realistic potential ability" for these guys is too high. You've got almost every single prospects realistic potential in between a 2nd/3rd liner and a 2nd/3rd pairing. That isn't a realistic potential for the vast majority of these players.

Anyways, even going off your list one thing is pretty clear about the Oilers organization: There is almost zero depth beyond the top 5 or so. We have quite the dearth of prospects outside of the first round that actually safely project to be anything.

I agree, and I'm pretty sure Crosby got a 10c when he came into the league

Haha, I would have stuck with my guns more or less and met poster McBaevid half way and gone with a 10.0B. Crosby came into the league at 5'11" and 180lb, his skill was undeniable but he size was a slight concern and he got a 10C. McDavid at 6'1" and 195lb, with parts of his draft campaign looking superior to Crosby IMO should garner a slightly stronger rating. The only people who probably could have gotten 10.0As would be Lemieux, Orr and Gretzky as they all came into the league absolutely shattering pretty much every junior record they could.

The ratings seem high but they're mostly Cs and Ds, so I think it's reasonable.

Statistically speaking, I raised the number grade of 13 guys, and dropped the number grade of 9. I felt I was pretty fair.

I feel some of the players haven't done enough to warrant raises although i do agree with most of them.
But for example Drai hasn't really done anything to warrant a raise, he didn't have a good time in the NHL and didn't increase his PPG went sent down.
Pakarinen has never showed top 6 potential, I feel a 6.5B would be more in check.

I'm willing to cut Drai a ton of slack due to the Dallas Eakins Regression Factor. I also felt a double MVP performance warranted a small increase - but to each their own.
