Another disappointing year for the Islanders. Can’t get off the Island fast enough - only one more year until I hit UFA.

Looks like I’ll go down as #2 in NYI’s important career goalie stats.

How dare are the Canadians and reached the Playoffs and Lennart missed the WC? One time again and Lennart ask for a trade to a totally bad team.

Have to say, that was disappointing season for me. But still quite nice, flirting with 100 points, captaining ASG team and helping Finland reach the finals at WC.

Hope for better next year. The expectations are higher than this.

  • On December 31st, 2029 - Gabriel McGowan signed a 5-year extension worth $58,500,000 with the Chicago Blackhawks.
