The true definition of a suitcase EHM superstar. Bigfist is such a unique player. He is big, physical, nasty, but also such a talented player. I think some may question New Jersey's decision to take him at #4, ahead of other superstars and even Connor Bedard. But I think they saw something in him. The true potential that he might actually have, which is a hulking power forward that can put up a lot of points. I think many would classify Bigfist as more of a scorer compared to playmaker. He had some big years in the NHL, even putting up 89 points one year. He loves to attack the net and get to the greasy areas and pound the puck in. He is a true hounder of the puck! In the KHL the guy was a star, he could score at will and was way more consistent. I think many will ask why his scoring didn't translate in the NHL, it could have been a lack of opportunity, just a having a hard time to finish. Either way Bigfist was also one of the best leaders we've ever seen, he knew how to motivate his teams and he was a big acquisition that helped Chicago win a cup in 2042.

Thank you for doing these write ups francis very interesting!

I'm mostly focused on my own superstar (Bigfist), but it's crazy to see all the records, milestones, awards, etc. these guys accumulate over their careers. Prior to seeing this write-up, I thought that Bigfist had a pretty mundane career with all those 50 pts seasons over the years. But it's cool to see that he was an absolute monster at the KHL level, and even a World Championship Best Forward even though Latvia won nothing.

Most points by a LW record-holder for the Caps is also super surprising.

Cherry on top is that he got a Cup after so long :D

This was one of my favourite wrap ups to do. I just sat here in aw and amazement of how dominant of a goalie Iver Aagard is. He has literally won with every team he's played for. Right from the beginning we knew Aagard was going to be special. He was amazing with Utica and really dominated the NHL and then he came up and instantly made Vancouver a special team helping them win two cups. Then he moved on to Montreal and helped make Montreal a top tier dynasty again. He is a guy that that you can call upon for a save at any moment and he'll lock it down. He is the NHL record holder for wins all-time. There just isn't a better goalie in history than this guy. He's won 7 cups, 2 Conn Smythe's, 5 Vezina's and 8 William M. Jennings. He is a monster. Simply said, these teams don't win a Stanley Cup without him. All in All, he is probably the best player from the V16 series. Congrats on a great career!
