it's the national team, not U20. But no he isn't because he's over in North America, so he can only play in the world championships if his team isn't in the playoffs in USHL

Dang no olympics for japan. Guess we are still to young of a team..but next time we will make it!
We are in the World Championships top division now though! So we just need to get into that top 8 of the world

Yeah that is true. Shame we don't have any goalies from Japan. Guess one of us should have thought about that lol. Gonna be our biggest weakness going forward for sure.

About our two Latvian guys, they doing great again, bring up the U20 team to the top division, did they played for the men's team too? About Riga did the played in KHL which it looked like @francis246 ?
For Peetu and the Finnish U20 they had a good time in a lot of 4 Nation tournaments.

You could be right your Goalie had the same unblievable numbers in 59 games like the season before but Markuss played only 36 games. Only two reasons he was injured or had a split season MHL/KHL.
Bad that both hadn't probably for the men's team and missed the Olympics and Men WC, otherwise they can be proud what they excel for the small country of Latvia.
yup they are draft years! Some people still have KHL contracts so they may not see the NHL for another 3-5 years depending on if they’ve signed extensions ect
