Both defenses were horrible but it sure seemed that Talbot was hung out to dry a lot more than Murray was. I do agree though Talbot was not good tonight.

The Oilers outchanced them badly in this game. Murray was better than Talbot, that was the difference.

Wait, the pace of this game was incredibly terribly choppy, right? I watched on tape delay and noticed I was constantly fast forwarding. I figured that hockey in general is just a more choppy sport than we give it credit for, but perhaps it really was an incredibly choppy game with little to no flow?

Remember when the NHL on average was a terrible product? 2011-2015ish was trash. I’m so glad the average game is fun again.

Really impressed with Meier this season. Looking like he'll reach that lofty potential.

I agree, mentioned it sometime last week too. He looks like a 30 goal guy

40-45 goals IMO and 60 pts. (assuming no major health problem)
