i play midget 16 AA and today at the end of the game i hit this kid right as the buzzer rang they said i had head contant and the kid theynlayed on the ice and was hurt they gave me a match penalty which is 30 days of no hockey does anyone know anything about this if they can do that or not, does anyone have a link to answer my question thanks so much

You'd have to look at the league's rules. Each league is different. My friend got a season's suspension for butt-ending.

If the league wants to, they can do pretty much whatever they want. You can probably petition or ask to make your case, but if they've suspended you, you're suspended...
