Also, is the prospect draft JUST prospects and people who haven't played in the NHL? Or can we take players who weren't picked in the regular draft, too?

It's for players who haven't played in the NHL (for example, Ryan Johansen was taken) as well as upcoming draftees (RNH, Larsson, etc...).

I will begin collecting votes to create Pre-Season Power Rankings for the HC-IR Fantasy League. I ask that each GM send me a list from #1 (Top Ranked Team) all the way to #30 (Lowest Ranked Team). Rosters are currently up to date on FanTrax up to the end of Round 22. Rosters can also be viewed in the Roster thread but some teams may not be updated correctly. These votes hold no bearing on the course of the game they are just something to do for fun so every GM can see where his team stands in the views of fellow GMs.
